WELCOME to the first part of my website, written in English. For now, it is not that important to translate the complete site. The special workshops I run, you will find described in the "pdf“ – step by step. For now, it is the pdf about the big Vision Quest.
First, some words about my intention, born, supported and "formed" by some important masters – especially the Life Master:
Many people, myself included, have undergone many years of training, in diverse ways, and through this I have gained much experience over the last 30 years. My training was predominantly in Shamanism, work with Myths and Archetypes, psychology and bodytherapies, wildernesswork and dance.
For me as a curious woman, it is a basic necessity to bring all these aspects together, to cohese them into that which forms a human. This is a holistic aspect of healing, not a specific-focus therapy . Healing works across a huge spectrum of existence – body, psyche, mind, energy, soul and nature and from this, the focus of my work has clarified the fact that energy works in clear and direct ways.
That is how my work is conducted, but at the same time it is full of loving power and creativity for finding truth.
There is not much time for us left to ask, "Do I want to be a part of this change in Universal Consciousness?" Because it IS changing and so do we, whether we want it, or like it, or not. And the means of embracing this, is indicated by and resonates with our actions.
The main focus of my work is:
Being totally honest. Start loving your possibilities, thoughts and feelings beyond the limitations of your borders, and liberate your potential.
Discover, and enhance your relationship to all that exists, firstly and most importantly, with yourself - and thereby taking, and feeling in each cell of your being, a responsibility, and love for all that you are doing, and where and with whom. In realizing where we lose a lot of energy in unconscious, habitual ways, of behaving and living, we can truly amaze ourselves and yet, we need to be friendly and disciplined in these changes.
Feeling that creativity, power and longing, born of being a totally-free human who yet, has special gifts to offer to the world, enriches our true humanity. But simultaneously, not considering yourself to be "cool and trendy" or superior because we are on the "path"! No, never that, but being "soft and juicy", "still and crazy“, "naturally mighty and tender", "unpredictable and cheeky“..... and thus to be as each of us was meant to be by birth , between heaven and earth.
To be a person with less fears, with a subtle movement of power, joy and creativity in full awareness of all of the dynamics around us all, whose connection to these powers, liberates possibilities.
Our planet is in a huge evolutionary process, so are we, as a part of The Creation. It is our " Earthly Work" for living together, with our true inner self, in a dance of liveliness and compassion with all creatures, nature and spirit.
And last, but not least, it has a social-political effect, living as a warrior with a wild (meaning free, not domesticated), and loving heart.
We have to dream together and create new life, out of the Old and into the New.
